Useful contributions
If you recognize a machine, program, photograph, or document, the museum welcomes your recollection. A name, date, or connection to the subject can help place it in context.
Dates, version numbers, part numbers, and document citations are especially helpful. They allow recollections to be compared with surviving records. This is especially useful for the Turok systems and Networks Before the Web.
Access to material
Catalog references can be used when requesting additional photographs or software documentation. Some material can be consulted by arrangement.
How to cite a record
Use the object or program title, its reference identifier, the page URL, and your access date. Stable links are provided on catalog entries. The catalog metadata is also available as a JSON download.
